Collections and Delivery

South Africa

  • DCC offers free delivery in urban areas for orders over R3500, and free delivery to outlying/rural areas for orders over R6500.
  • Where orders do not qualify for free delivery, a charge of R150 is applied at checkout.

Namibia

  • DCC offers free delivery in Windhoek irrespective of order value.
  • For delivery outside of Windhoek, please arrange your own courier for delivery.
We are able to deliver to any address within the country.

Johannesburg, Pretoria and surrounds 1-3 working days
Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban, Bloemfontein 2-4 working days
All other South African areas 3-5 working days

Namibia

Windhoek 1-3 working days
All other Namibian areas Arrange own courier

Special shipments (extra-large, extra heavy, or requiring special handling or insurance)

  • If your order is too large to fit into our delivery vehicles, our logistics team will contact you to make special delivery arrangements.
  • DCC reserves the right to request a delivery fee for abnormally large shipments.
  • If you require insurance for your shipment, please contact your sales representative - details on your Account page or email engage@dcctech.com before placing the order.
For security reasons we do not provide live tracking of shipments. If you require an update on the delivery status of your shipment, please email your sales representative - details on your Account page or email engage@dcctech.com to request an update.
If you identify a problem with your shipment, please email us at engage@dcctech.com within 2 days to investigate and provide feedback.
Once an order is placed via our checkout page, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you require assistance please email us at engage@dcctech.com as soon as possible.
  • You can choose to collect your order from any of our DCC branches; you can indicate your preference when checking out.
  • If you choose to collect your order, please allow for 2 hours after order confirmation before arriving at a branch, to give our team time to pick and pack your order.
  • When you collect your order at our JHB branch, our team will ask you for identification so that you or your agent can be verified (ID document, ID card etc).
  • For collections at our JHB branch, we require the person collecting the order to verify themselves using an 'OVN' pin number. This pin number is sent to you when confirming your order. The OVN pin may be sent to you via SMS or email based on your account setup. To avoid waiting, please ensure that you have your OVN before arriving to collect your order.
  • For collections at all branches excluding JHB – please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready before collecting.
