It is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange returns to DCC. Returns can be delivered to any of our branches, either in person or through your own courier. Upon receipt, DCC will inspect the returned items for damage or defects.
Goods returned for exchange or credit must be returned to DCC within 7 days of purchase date, in the original saleable condition. DCC retains the right to refuse credit for goods with opened or damaged packaging.
All goods returned for exchange or credit 2 days after purchase are subject to a 10% handling fee.
If you suspect a purchased item to be faulty, please return it to us in its original condition with its original packaging, within 7 days. Our returns department will inspect the items to confirm any defects and we will replace any faulty or defective items with the same or similar product.
Where your returned product is subject to a manufacturer’s warranty, DCC will liaise with the manufacturer or their agent to address the defect or issue, and then provide you with feedback on the outcome of the warranty process.
DCC does not accept the return of any software or associated software licenses.
